1950 Gibson LG-1

1950 Gibson LG-1 in excellent all original condition with no repairs! Original Three-tone sunburst is very clean and bright, very little signs of finish checking or player wear. Neck has never been reset but there is plenty of saddle to lower the action if you choose. Frets are original and still very tall and it feels great! Ladder-braced example, and the tone is very mid-range forward, consistent with that style of build. Tuners and buttons are original and in very good shape. No bridge repairs or modifications. Nut width = 1.72″, neck is very chunky “C” profile- 1st fret thickness =.91″ and tapers to over 1″ quickly as you near the 12th fret. This is a perfect example for the player or collector!
