1998 Fender CIJ ’62 RI Stratocaster (ST-62D)

1998 Fender CIJ ’62 RI Stratocaster (ST-62D) in very excellent condition! We love CIJ guitars, and these are very highly regarded reissues- for very good reason! This ST-62D/EX will give most American made RI’s a run for the money, and this Shell Pink is more correct/accurate than most modern reissues. With only a few small exceptions, this is all original with no repairs or modifications. The volume pot has been replaced, the string tree is a modern graphite replacement. The strap buttons have been replaced with a strap lock version. The frets are original and very clean/tall vintage style- no visible signs of wear. There is virtually no body checking or wear present/visible. This is a lightweight example! Weighing in at just over 7 lbs. Neck is a very comfortable chunky “C” (perhaps slightly larger then vintage correct), nut width= 1.65″, neck thickness at 1st fret= .85″, and at 12th Fret= .97″
