Also known as the M75-G, This 1970 Guild Bluesbird in very rare Transparent Cherry Red finish is a cool find! We’ve always been big fans of this era Guild designs, particularly when they are as clean and interesting as this example is. No repairs, modifications or changes that we can find- the original gold hardware exhibits normal wear for what we’d expect to see for an instrument this age. Chambered, this is a really lightweight and comfortable instrument to hold! Nut width =1.65″ and the neck exhibits a medium “U” shaped profile, with a bound Ebony fingerboard. Frets appear to be original with a good amount of height left on them- plenty to dig into and feel comfortable underhand. 24 1/4″ scale, original (newly designed at the time) Guild humbucker pickups.
