1964 Fender Jaguar

$13,995.00

This Candy Apple Red 1964 Fender Jaguar is where it’s at! Original finish without and overspray, no routes, repairs or funny business! And the color is still very strong/bright. Neck stamp dates this to July ’64 (with a “B” neck shape). Pro refret (likely years ago) with a new nut, and the frets are perhaps slightly wider than vintage, but a correct height. All Pots and electronics are original with no changes, and original solder joints appear to be intact. Pots date to ’64 (304 64, to be exact). Very comfortable weight at 8.4 lbs. Nut width= 1.65″, and neck is typical 60’s profile, but very comfortable with a healthy amount of taper (.80″ thickness at 1st fret and .96″ at 12th). Pickups are strong at 7.04k for the bridge and 5.66k for the neck. All switches and wiring as well as body shielding plates and pickguard are present and original. The tuners appear correct for the era- but there are some filled holes in the back of the headstock that would tell us different tuners were on this at some point.

-Includes OHSC (Black with Orange lining, no logo) and Trem Arm
