1958 Gretsch 6186 Clipper

1958 Gretsch 6186 Clipper in original Three-tone sunburst! Very clean and seemingly all original condition with no repairs or modifications save for one replaced inlay dot and Gibson speed knobs in lieu of the “G” volume/tone control knobs. These are an amazing value- the original DeArmond pickup is huge and round, very articulate. Original frets are still quite tall and comfortable and action is set up very low/comfortable. You’d be hard-pressed to find a better value in the vintage arch top universe. Nut width= 1.67″ and neck profile is a very comfortable slightly flat medium “U”.
