1956 Guild Aristocrat M-75 in very clean and (mostly) original condition! This thinline style electric was made in Hoboken, NJ and is featherweight at only 5.4 lbs! Refretted with vintage style/height wire, some minor signs of wear but still very comfortable to play. The neck was rebound (likely at the time of the refret) professionally, and the work is very clean (body binding is original). Neck profile is a Med/Chunky “C” shape measuring .89″ at the 1st Fret and about 1.00″ at the 12th fret, so there is a slight taper to it. Nut width= 1.63″. Finish on the back of the neck and the body all appears to be original, with a small section of the upper/side bout (where the strap button is located) that appears to have been over sprayed slightly. Pickups are original and have a P90 style appearance and character with a slightly lower output (Bridge= 7.6k and neck= 6.8k).
This an opportunity to own a very unique and somewhat rare vintage example!
-Includes vintage brown HSC that may be original ( although it is not branded as Guild)
