1955 Gibson LG-1

1955 Gibson LG-1 in excellent condition! Recent neck reset, with a new bone saddle and nut installed, otherwise all original. Two-tone sunburst color is still very strong & vibrant, normal finish wear throughout with no cracks. This is a ladder-braced, mahogany back/sides example with a spruce top and it is surprisingly snappy! Lots of classic Gibson woody tone, with midrange thump. Kluson tuners are original, clean, and turn freely. Frets appear original and are plenty tall with lots of life left. Nut width= 1.71″, neck shape is a chunky “C” measuring .92″ at 1st fret and .97″ at the 9th.
