2022 Kerry Char

This small-bodied 2022 Kerry Char is a real treasure from a local luthier. Kerry has been our ‘go-to’ guy for all of the heavy lifting repairs since we opened 8 years ago. He knows his way around a guitar and has been repairing and building in the Portland area for over 30 years! This is a really nice example and you’d be hard-pressed to find this kind of quality in a production instrument. It features rosewood back/sides with an ebony fingerboard & bridge. Nut width=1.73″ and the neck profile is a very comfy “C” with thickness measuring at the 1st fret=.83″ and at the 12th fret=.92″. Braces are scalloped and the sound is really loud and punchy for its size. A K & K endpin pickup system was installed so this is gig-ready!
