Just in- this 2019 Thompson Guitars D-BA is all original and in Mint/Like-new condition! If you know the name, then you know how amazing these are. Virtually unrivaled in terms of build quality, detail-work, sound, material selection. If you want one, get on a wait list! This was ordered new from Thompson, and includes a feature set not found within standard production. Full-size Dreadnaught body, and it really projects. The neck is mahogany with an ebony fingerboard- nut width is 1 13/16’s so it plays great for folks with larger hands. Wavery tuners, BEAUTIFULLY inlaid headstock, there is a volute. The top is a really handsomely figured Spruce, with some light (matched) “Bear-claw” figuring, the back and sides were custom order Brazillian Rosewood. Bridge is ebony. Action is set up really low to medium, so it’s comfortable for any style- including flat pickers. Frets show no signs of wear.
