1961 Silvertone U-1

This 1961 Silvertone U-1 in original Copper finish is really clean and all original with the exception of a pro refret! Buckets of vibes with these single pickup monsters, so much fun to play and the single coil lipstick tube pickup is warm and round. Very clean for its age, normally these are pretty trashed, this one actually still retains a lot of its vibrant color! Nut width= 1.68″, neck is a medium chunky profile. Actions sets up very low and is very easy to play. Flatter radius makes this one a wonderful candidate for slide playing.
