1960 Guild F-20

This one- owner, Hoboken NJ manufactured 1960 Guild F-20 just arrived and it’s clean! All original and in very excellent condition with no repairs or modifications. Neck is a medium “C” with a hint of V, 1st fret thickness= .91″ and at the 9th= .93″ so just a bit of taper to it. Nut width= 1.66″ and this has the original bone nut. Tuners are original and turn freely. There are some pick scratches into the top on the Southward Upper bought- but otherwise barely a scratch to be found. This was brought in by the original owner that purchased it from a shop here in Portland, at SE Division/39th street in 1960! Mahogany back/sides with a solid spruce top, she is resonant with a big voice! Scale length is 24 3/4″. This guitar has never had a neck reset. Action is very comfortable and saddle/bridge are all original and correct, with minimal height left for downward adjustment. There is a very slight ‘belly’ present, as this came in set up with a very heavy set of flat wound strings on it.

-Includes the original (?) Alligator Chip Case (This is the case that was originally sold with the guitar)
