1916 Gibson Style A Mandolin

1916 Gibson Style A Mandolin in good condition! This is a players piece with a ton of character. Refretted (with a replacement bone nut), otherwise all original and plays great. Very resonant and warm- definitely has the tone. It is possible there was some overspray on the body at some point that removed- but it’s very difficult to say at this point- overall the color its very strong and there is a lot of wear throughout. There is a small section of headstock that is chipped out as can be seen in the pictures. Why would you want to buy some imported plywood piece of S&$% when for $1k you can get something with this style/character?!?
