1969 Fender Vibratone

A very rare and exceptionally clean 1969 Fender Vibratone!! This is a very early Drip-edge example of the rotating (Leslie) speaker effect that we’ve all heard the various effect pedal emulations of- why use that when you can have the real deal?! It’s a pretty magical effect when you hear it in person. This one is all-original and was never opened before we did- and we can verify that it is in very nice shape! Has its original 10″ Blue Label (FMI) Oxford speaker, all transforms and hardware appear original with no modifications. Includes original footswitch and harness (pictured) and it sounds great. As an added bonus, this includes an entirely separate/extra horn, motor/rotating speaker assembly that the owner found at a guitar show. Although this extra unit appears to be slightly newer (probably 70’s) it’s a nice bonus to have in case any service is required. This unit also includes (amazingly) it’s original cover!!
